Post Construction
Cleaning for newly constructed commercial premises as the building works approach completion. From supermarkets and factories to offices and mixed commercial spaces, we plan the clean around the areas being released and the agreed handover programme.
The scope can include accessible surfaces, glazing, floors, fixtures, washrooms and communal areas, with specialist or high-level requirements assessed separately. We agree the treatment of construction dust, residues and protective materials with the site team, taking account of the surfaces and finishes involved.

Post Build and Sparkle Cleaning
A builders clean and a sparkle clean serve different stages of a project. We can price them separately or as an agreed package, so the sequence is clear from the outset.
Builders clean
The initial detailed clean following building works, addressing construction dust and agreed residues across the specified areas. It prepares the premises for the next stage of inspection, finishing or fit-out.
Sparkle clean
The final presentation clean close to handover or opening, with attention to visible surfaces, glazing, touchpoints and the finishing details that make the space ready to welcome its users.
Where trades remain on site, we agree which areas are ready to clean and how any return visits or additional cleaning will be handled.

Post Fit-Out Cleaning
Cleaning following the installation or refurbishment of a commercial interior. We support shopfitters, interior contractors and clients completing high street stores, restaurants, supermarkets and offices within new or existing buildings.
We focus on the agreed finishes and fittings—from shelving, counters and display areas to internal glazing, floors, workspaces and washrooms. The cleaning sequence is coordinated with your fit-out programme, with the final presentation clean planned as close as practical to handover.

- Review the project. We discuss the premises, scope, programme and site conditions, arranging a survey where appropriate.
- Agree the package. We set out the areas, cleaning stages, access requirements and price, including any separately assessed specialist work.
- Coordinate with your site team. We agree when areas will be ready, the working arrangements and the planned cleaning sequence.
- Review the finish. We check the completed cleaning against the agreed scope and discuss any outstanding requirements with your contact.
