THE CHALLENGE
From retail fit-out
to opening day.
Flagship Contracts appointed SE Commercial Services to carry out a full post-build and sparkle clean at the new POP MART store on Buchanan Street in October 2025.
The work covered both front and back of house, removing dust and debris left by the fit-out and cleaning the premises in preparation for opening. The programme was completed over two visits, with hoarding removal and window cleaning scheduled for the night before the store opened.
OUR APPROACH

Our cleaning scope covered the new retail space and its supporting areas:
Post-build cleaning
Removal of dust and debris across front and back of house following the store fit-out.
Sparkle cleaning
A detailed final clean of the retail space, including floors, shelving and display fittings.
Hoarding & windows
Removal of the hoarding and cleaning of the windows the night before opening, revealing the new shopfront.
The two-visit programme combined the full post-build clean with the final presentation work needed immediately before opening.
