THE PROJECT
From building works
to final presentation.
SE Commercial Services delivered post-build and sparkle cleaning at Lidl in Alexandria during January and February 2025.
The work was split into two stages: four days for the post-build clean, followed by a further four days for the sparkle clean after fit-out. This allowed the cleaning to address the premises at different points in the project.
THE CLEANING SCOPE
Detailed cleaning throughout the store.
The scope extended beyond the customer-facing sales floor to the bakery, staff and welfare facilities, and back-of-house areas.
Dust, floors & glazing
Detailed cleaning of construction dust, floors and windows across the agreed areas.
Bakery & retail areas
Cleaning across the supermarket’s retail spaces and bakery as part of the post-build and sparkle programme.
Staff & back-of-house
Cleaning of staff and welfare facilities, corridors and the operational areas behind the sales floor.
The two-stage package combined the initial post-build clean with a separate final clean once fit-out work had taken place.
